Xclusive Arrivals does not issue refunds. We will exchange an item if we have made a mistake with your order. Please email us at @xclusivearrivals.com before mailing your purchase back to us. We will give you a confirmation return number that must be included in your package in order to receive your exchange. Returned shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition.

No Refunds, All Sales Are Final:
Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted on the website.

• Exchanges can be made only if there was an error on our part.
• Shoes that do not fit do not qualify as an error on our part.
• Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their shoes to request an exchange.
• Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the sneakers back for an exchange.
• Shoes older than one year from the release date are not guaranteed to be suitable for wear, see FAQ.

Inventory Availability

We do our best to ensure that the product you’re ordering is available at the time of purchase. That said, in some instances product will become unavailable during the order process and won’t be able to be filled. We make no guarantees on the availability of product as represented on our website.
